CPU temp too high??

my new 1.33 Athy is hovering at 48C. Is that too high? System temp shows 32. And it's not under a lot of load. I have a cooler master EP5 6I11 installed. Any suggessions?
 
my 1.2 runs mid to high 40's C just like yours. pretty normal. under 65 is pretty much acceptable (though not great)

keeping it near 50 is nice
 
Yes, 48 is about right. I also use the 6i11, and I get pretty much the same temps for a 1.2G Athlon.

I swapped the stock fan (Delta 21cfm) for a Delta 38, and now I get 41 on avg.

Edit: I actually got 45 with load. 41 after installing 2x120mm fans.
