CPU Temp question

I just setup my soltek 939 k8tpro, this is what's being read. I have This for a cpu fan/heatsink, 2 fans by the cpu and one case fan. Is thie cpu temp a little high, as far as i know my heatsink/fan is on my cpu correctly. Thanks

It's a little high IMO, but not too hot...mine usually runs at 38-40C

Do you have the latest bios (1.4 I think) and the latest hardware monitor from soltek (v1.26k). Its fixes temp problem. Was 50 idle now 35-45 load.

Orangat, does the BIOS update fix how the pc reads the CPU temp or is there actually a problem with the temperature and it's fixing it. I don't wanna flash the BIOS because I'm not sure how to do it and was told it could fry my motherboard if I did it wrong. If it's just reading it wrong but it's stable i don't wanna flash it.
