Asus P4b266 (c i think). P4 1.6A with Alpha PAL 8942, AS2, Lian Li case, 3 case fans, 2 more fans on power supply.
Why is the temp not changing at all, and why is it so high for not overclocked.
It says the same temp at 1.6 as it does at 2.2!

relax - its stuck @ 40*C minimum, which means you never went over 40*C ;)

update asus pcprobe to v2.1602 and thatll fix it.
you should prolly update your bios too.

Also, I have a 4 pin heatsink fan, and can only get the board to boot up if I put a 3 pin fan in the CPU fan header. Is there a way to fix this?

in bios try...
halt on "no errors"
"ignore" rpm reading for CPU fan.

if that dont work...
you could always put a 40mm fan on the moboard chipset and plug that into the CPU header.
