Something is either very wrong with your sensors or your old heatsink is a peltier or something. Maybe you have the sensors switched??

they cant be switched, when I start a Arithmetic benchmark in Sisoft sandra the CPU is the one that goes up like 8 degrees with the board temp staying stable..

Its at 16C idle right now, about 28 when looping for 15 minutes

16C? Thats a little bit less than 61 degrees? Unless you live here in Michigan, AND your computer is outside, I don't see how your temperature is that low. If room temperature was 75F (24C) the CPU would HAVE to be at least that temperature, even when it's turned off... but... if you say it's 16C I'll take your word for it, but I wouldn't trust that number unless you were in a rediculously cold room.

Its 15C tonight

My floor is pretty cold, there is a leak in the patio door 10 feet away, so im guessing the floor temps to be around 50

What i dont get is that my system temp still says 21C vs the 15C of the CPU and the 15C of the PSU

Arithmetic Benchark still looping, Highest I can get it is 23.7, Im just going to chalk it up to cold floor temperatures and majorly screwed up sensors I guess. Everything runs stable, but 23.7C under load seems low for a 2100+, even if it was being watercooled
