cpu temp and case temp never change..

it is the darndest thing. I have looked at the BIOS on my Abit KR7A and it says my overclocked AMD XP is running at 46C with a case temp of 32C. MBM5 reports the same darn thing. the odd fact is that these numbers dont fluctuate at all. not 32.1, 32.3, 31.7, but EXACTLY 32. always. ditto for the cpu temp of 46.

anyone have any tips?

i have a SK6 hs on it with a YSTech 40cfm fan. this was an upgrade from my generic coolermaster that came with the AMD cpu.

ok it says 47C for the cpu now.
i still find this odd though. i was expecting the cpu temp to be ~35-40 on regular usage....

havent tried out any hardcore gaming since all i have is SC installed on my system. 😉
