Hi,

I've abit KR7A-RAID mobo and Athlon 1800+ chip.
I was in the bios and checked the CPU temp. It is 129 F.
Is it too much ? I don't know much about CPU temperatures.

The system temp is 89 F.

is there anyway i can reduce those temperatures?

I've an antec 1080 case with 4 fans running.

Thanks

sounds good. i wouldn't be worried unless it crashed/hanged a lot. i know people who run there xp's around 135F or so. if it does crash try some arctic silver III. it'll bring those temps down

greenant, I'm running my XP 1800+ CPU at 61°C/141°F w/ a system temp of 33°C/91°F w/o any issues at all. During the summer, I ran my rig quite a bit hotter due to ambiant temps, so I'd say you have not a thing to worry about, hope this helps :)
