CPU swap help needed

Hi. I just installed an OEM FX-60 on my DFI LanParty UT nf4 SLI-DR motherboard. The BIOS and system information page both list the CPU as unknown model. Does this indicate that I need a BIOS update?

Also, when I power up my machine I have an idea where I can find the BIOS revision, but for sh!ts and giggles, where do I find the BIOS revision?

I also downloaded the CPUinfo utility off of AMD and it sees both cores of the CPU, but again is unable to list the model number.

PLEASE help!

It seems like a bios update is necessary. You can use a software utility such as Everest, Sandra or CPUID to see the bios revision info.
The cpuinfo utility also has to be updated to show the correct cpu information.

Ok, just wanted to update. I finally was able to get onto DFI's download page and got the updated BIOS. Update went excellent (whoever decided to create WinFlash should be given a Ferrari, and mansion and a girl or two) and my mobo now officially recognizes my CPU as an FX-60.

Thanks for the help!
