Looking at buying a mobo, but the only data I have on it is that it's a Socket 370 that supports P3s up to 1GHz. Will that mobo also support Socket 370 Celerons up to 1GHz? I've been AMD so long I've lost touch with Intel details.
Another mobo I'm looking at says it supports "Celeron/Coppermine PGA or FC-PGA series processors" but doesn't list a speed limit - how do I know if a 1GHz Celeron I'm looking at is a PGA or FC-PGA series? Newegg doesn't have any details in their Celeron listings.
Thanks in advance for the info,
Jason
EDIT: never mind, found a listing on Intel.com - 1 and 1.1 GHz Celerons are FC-PGA - faster is FC-PGA2, some slower ones are FC-PGA2 also.
