CPU Stability

What steps should be taken to adjust the CPU parameters to make it more stable.

I am OC'ing QX9650 running 10 X 400 @ 1.312V and Prime95 gives me an error.

Should I increase voltage, adjust FSB??


System:

ASUS Maximus Formula
QX9650 (10 X 400)
2 x 2GB Patriot PC2 6400 RAM 5-5-5-12 RAM
Ultra 120 Extreme Coller
