CPU Speed / RAM Speed ?

I just ordered a new motherboard, CPU and video card, thanks to everyones help here. It's probably going to be here in a few days, and I was always confused as to what the CPU frequency and ram is supposed to be at (133, 166, 200 all them choices.)

Heres the exact RAM I have...
(2 sticks) DDRAM 512MB|PC-3200 DDR400 -SAMSUNG - OEM
