Cpu speed question and monitor problems.

Could i ask why my athlon 64 3500 is reading as a 2.21? i thought its a 2.22? Also my adjusting chip inside my monitor are shot! is there anyway i can adjust screen size and stuff with windows?
 
Either the reading is wrong or your clock generator is a little off. Not that it really matters either way...
You may be able to adjust your display through your display drivers settings, depending on your video card and the drivers your running it with.
