I just installed 2500+ on barton on asus A7N8X-X motherboard, however, the motherboard only detecting processor as 1.09 ghz, anyone know how i get to run at normal 2500+ speed, thanks very much

Is that a non-mobile 2500+ Barton?

That appears to be a desktop 2500+ and you've probably got the FSB set as 100Mhz, instead of the default of 166Mhz.

The default multiplier and FSB for a desktop 2500+ is 11 x 166 = 1.83Ghz. In your case, you're running at 11 x 100 = 1.1Ghz. Check your BIOS and changed the FSB to 166 or Auto.
