CPU Speed isnt right

I just installed an AMD 2500 XP to my ECS board, but it shows the processor speed as 1.10 Ghz. How can I fix this?

Raise the FSB to 166.

up the fsb speed in the bios
you might even have to use a jumper on that board i can't remember
