with a Msi Neo 2-F mobo
what bios should i use with that mobo ?

The list below is a general guide to the strength of steppings from best to worst (as determinded by their probability of reaching 3GHz):

1. CABNE 05xx (excluding 0540) / CABYE 0540
2, CABNE 0540 / CABYE 05xx (excluding 0540)
3. CAB2E 05xx
4. CABGE 05xx

As for actually getting the stepping you want, tankguys has CAB2E 0546's right now (but they're probably all sold out, I bought 2 😀), and mwave has some 144's available but they don't say what stepping. I know tankguys is supposed to get another shipment of 146's in on the 13th. Other than those two place, I think finding a opty 939 could be tricky.
