CPU Radiation problem

I have a 3.3V, 25A PSU with MSI KT4V mobo, athlon xp2200.
Since i've built this pc myself, i'm not sure about the wiring stuff.

But my problem is this:
Whenever i sat in front of my pc i feel very hot very sudden. And if i try to touch the casing of my
cpu during run time, i will get shocked...

Can anyone lend me a hand on how to fix this problem??
What can i do or buy to remedy it?

If you get a shock, it often means that there is incorrect earthing. Where are you loacted? if you are in the UK or other place where they 240volts, you need to get an earthing done to the powerpoint in which you plug in your CPU....
 
ummm, for those of us engineers in the US it is called grounding, not earthing. jk 🙂

melaOS that aint right. don't touch it, that is definatly not a good idea unless you want to fry it. and radiation is not good. are you sure it is radiation coming from your computer and not heat coming out of the comp/you sitting in the sunlight etc?
 
I'd be more worried about microwaving yourself from the pervasive wifi or cordless phones. they operate at 2.4GHz... the same frequency as microwaves! ONO!!!!
 
You better run like hell! That CPU is gonna explode and leave a smoking radioactive crater where your house used to be!
 
Na i'm quite sure it's from the cpu, cos even on rainy days, and it;s really cold. I could still feel rather hot sometimes if i sat in front of the cpu long enough.

Grounding wires? So can anyone advise me on how to do that?
 
Is the machine hot? Like maybe it's almost shorting throughout the case acting like a space heater. (Could also explain the being shocked)
 
BEware the aliens are trying to get in touch with you using ultra-high frequencies to communicate with you via your PC..........they may even abduct you.
 
i would have to think so it's hot, since after all i'm using an athlon processor.
and my system measures usually at around case 38C and CPU at 51.

Could this be a problem?

What do you mean you get a shock?
Have an electrician come have a look at it. And, don't touch it until it is fixed!
What do you mean by "casing of my cpu"?
 
actually it's not the whole case, but it's mostly the part behind of the casing.
You know the plugs, usb ports and so on, any metal parts...
