CPU Question

I have a MSI NF980-G65 with a AMD 955 x4 BE installed. When I go into system and device manager I have a sub header for a coprocessor with an exclamation warning in it. I open it up and it says the device is not working. What part of the system has a coprocessor? Is it the CPU or the motherboard? Is there a way to correct the problem or clear the error? The computer boots up fine.

Added info. I checked Processor and Display in device manager and everything is functioning normally accordin to DM. I have a sub menu which I had not seen before, Coprocessor which has the above indicator. I'm running W7
