Hi all I'm new to building and upgrading computers. So
I have an ph all in one model# 22-a014 and I've been
updating in converted in to ssd drive add ram and
replaced the old cpu witch was a intel pentium g3250t
to a i7-4785t. I updated the bios the computer tunes
on runs and runs good. The problem is the cpu won't
go in the turbo mode, it only stay on the 2.2ghz. The
hyperthreading setting is in the bios but not the turbo
setting. Am I missing something to eat it's not working
or in the motherboard not compatible?

Is there a CPU compatibility list for that model? Or rather, did it ship with any other CPU options, or just the one Pentium?

Thanks for replying, I checked the compatibility list before I got the i7 and it said it was 100% compatible. The pentium is what was in the computer originally. When I redid the bios it added hyperthreading in the bios for I seven and that was it.

Well if the boost isn't working then it would appear that the current BIOS isn't correctly supporting the CPU. Which is odd since the CPU was on an official compatibility list.
