CPU problem! Why is it always at 100%??

My computer is recently having a real slow-down because explorer.exe is ALWAYS running at 100% CPU usage. Can someone help me with this problem?

end the explorer.exe process, and run it again (file, run, type in "explorer", enter...it's like a reboot, but faster woooooosh)......

under msconfig...take out everything that's unecessary..(requires some knowledge on what's important and stuff)...but yeah, take out all those adobe, real crap..they for some reason put explorer to 100%....especially when u multitask w/ those in the background...it's over...100% again....
