Ok, the manual for my mobo shows an eight pin power connector, but the mobo has a cover over one half and my psu has two connectors.

I have a dual core, E6600. Am I supposed to use both connectors or just one (the mobo manual isn't clear on this).

I didn't think that was as much a factor as the CPU. I'll be glad to get this thing finished.

Plug in a 4-pin from the PSU to the motherboard on the uncovered part. Plug everything else in normally.
