I believe that my system randomly restarts due to the overheating of my cpu.
What are the best/easiest ways to cool it down?
 
What is your HSF?
You can get a strong fan for cpu cooler and replace with yours.
If it's not enough, get couple of case fans.
 
Check your bios settings i.e thermal protection and get a motherboard monitor, run seti and check if the CPU temps get too high. I had the same problem and it was because of a defective motherboard, not overheating.
