CPU or Video instability symptoms?

Basically this question comes from the fact that I've tried to overclock my JIUHB 1700+ to 2 Ghz without any voltage increase. It runs, but upon running Prime95 for a little over an hour, my screen turns white, then, when I move the mouse or type it gives me these mostly blue rectangular boxes (about 3 x 2 inches) that appear sporadically on the screen. I was just wondering if the overclocking of the CPU (cooled with a SLK-800 and Sunon 39cfm fan) could cause this or does it have to do with my video card (a BFG Geforce4 ti4200 128MB, stock speed, retail heatsink/fan). Ambient temperature as recorded by MBM and an Abit NF7-S 2.0 (bios 1.4) is 29 degrees celsius. CPU is around 41 degrees celsius I believe. I would appreciate any comments.

Well, I tried to run it at 2 Ghz with a 1.65 vcore and it ran Prime95 for a while, however, when I tried to play a game, the screen went white again and stayed like that upon reboot several times. I fear I must be overheating something. Any other suggestions?

Perhaps your video card does not like having the FSB overclocked? You may need to leave the FSB at one of the standard multipliers, and only oc by increasing the multiplier.
