I want to upgrade my p3 450 on an ABIT BX6r2. Whats the latest CPU I can get, I've lost track of the format. Would I need a converter if i use an fc pga converter thing? (i'm sorry its been about a year since i've looked at computers). Whats the best upgrade path and still keep my mobo.
