I'm darned confused and frustrated that I cannot seem to figure this out, so I'm hoping for some help here please.
All of a sudden my system won't boot up without complete shutdown and then only with F2 default boot at startup. Voice error message claims boot failure due to CPU overclocking... when I'm not OC'g. In BIOS I selected all default settings and yet it won't reboot without me using the F2 default restart. Can/will someone please shed some light on how this could be happening?
BTW FWIW I do have the latest BIOS update installed.
ASUS P4S800D-E Deluxe
Intel 2.8 P4
512MB OCZ PC3700 DDR-SDRAM (4661024DCGER2m)
Windows XP SP2
Thank you in advance!
Cheers, PDQ
