OKay newbie questions:

How do i change voltage for CPU?
How do i step up FSB speed (my bios allows 66/100/133 options only)?
What precautions i need to take when i start OCing? so as not fry the damn CPU?

as its quite obvious i am about to embark on my first OCing trip :)

Voltage for slot1 mobos is changed in bios. With that gigabyte mobo your options are very limited - only changed to 133fsb which won't work .

Well I don't think you can change the cpu voltage on your mobo. Check your book, or download it from Gigabyte's site seem like they did have a few more FSB setting than 3. But I think your board uses jumpers to set the FSB. Anand Tech Review
Read this.
You probably won't have much luck till you get a flip chip and a slotket that has voltage adjust on it.

I think you are stuck with Auto Detect. As far as I know you can't adjust the cpu voltage on that mobo.
