CPU not showing correctly

I just built a PC for a friend with an AMD Athlon 3000 processor. PC is up and running, but when I go to properties in my computer, it says Athlon 1800...why?
 
This happened to me with my 2700+. All I had to do was reset the FSB. I just loaded the optimized defaults and all was good. It's when you use the fail safe defaults that it gets underclocked.
 
DUH! That was it. Loading optimal defaults fixed it...thank you. Another stupid little "problem" of mine solved with a simple answer.
