CPU not running at full speed?

For a while now, I noticed that my CPU doesn't run at the full 2 ghz.. its a couple megahertz below ... Benchmarks report a frequency of 1993.9 MHz and a bus speed of 398.79 mhz ... i know this is probably minor .. but on other systems with the same processor, the chip is running at 2019 mhz (no overclocked) .. I checked my core voltage and it seems that the voltage is slightly below the optimum of 1.5 volts .. is this normal??

there will always be discrempancies with "official" clock speed depending on what motherboard you use. ASUS and ABIT tend to usually show a clock speed slightly above the actual processor speed (i.e. the 2019 you mentioned). but this is definitely nothing to worry about as its normal.

That is perfectly normal. My Athlon 1200 reads as a 1214.
