CPU Monitoring Program??!?

I noticed in the threads that you guys post on the desktop / wallpaper screenshots, some of you have an embedded CPU monitoring program. What do you guys use? I want one for my wallpaper too.

And it doesn't have to go on your wallpaper, you can have it just in your tray too.

samurize works pretty well but it was a memory hog on one of my PCs for no reason. but once you learn how to work samurize, it's hard to go back
