CPU & MOBO compatibility......

I have a question, I have no idea if they are compatible. I have a BM6 soft switch motherboard, and want to get a Cel. 700MHz Cpu. (Celeron 700 FPGA *Dynamic Execution technology Includes Intel MMX? media enhancement technology Intel Streaming SIMD Extensions (available on the Intel Celeron Processor at 700 MHz). 32 Kbyte (16 Kbyte/16 Kbyte) Level 1 cache 128 Kbyte integrated Level 2 cache A new generation of processors based on Intel's 0.18 micron process technology 66 MHz Front Side Bus, Intel P6 micro-architecture Intel Chipset support: Intel® 810 chipset, Intel® 810E chipset, Intel® 440BX, Intel® 440EX and the Intel® 440ZX-66 AGPset.) Would this be able to run on the motherboard I have ? Any help is appreciated...
