CPU/MB Temps?

I have just built the following system which also happens to be my first. I am wondering if these are proper temps. to be operating with?

I have just pulled these from the BIOS Hardware Monitor
CPU 110F- 120F
System 88F- 95F

AMD 2800+ XP
ASUS A7N8X Deluxe
1 GB Corsair XMS PC3500
Swiftech MCX 462+ with Panaflo 80mm H1A @ 39 CFM
Antec SX1030b

also with this system anyone know what settings I should set my BIOS to as of CPU FSB and Multiplier since this is my first time with a real system...THANKS!
