cpu liquid cooler with mid tower case

i want to know can i put cpu liquid cooler with mid tower case. Or do i have to put on a full tower case. Can i put the liquid cooler with the Antec 3000b or Antec 3700AMB??

The Mini cpu liquid cooler is Aquagate Mini.

You can work with a mid tower case but you may end up modifying and chopping up the case to fit everything in.
