Question cpu liquid cooler adjustment

how do reinstall my AIO so that i can fit bluray internal writer inside my case.

i am assuming the rad and fan take up both 5 1/4 bay slots up top?
Or can you squeeze the optical in the lower slot?

If its often then i suggest you get a usb 5.25 optical drive like this guy:

If its like on a blue moon, then the compact drives will work well.

At this point there isn't much you can do.

How short are you from recovering that lower 5.25 slot?
If its a few mm, maybe we can put thinner fans on the radiator.

Changing fans will not help as 2 pipes for liquid taking much space there

can you rotate the radiator 180 degree's so the pipes are coming from the rear and then drag it across the rad, and then loop it to your cpu so you can handle the excess tubing.

meanwhile can you tell me how do i adjust AIO speed manually i mean for now at no load it runes at 593 rpm how can i make it run at atleast 800rpm at no load?

ok so finally as i am getting my bricked motherboard back today and as there is space now in my 780t case i would like to finally turn my AIO to the left and install it again . My question is do i need to uninstall fans from radiator or can i just rotate radiator and just tighten the screws to case and i got noctua NT-H2 should i go with dotted method in centre or cross? As i finally have to install my dvd writer in front so need to change direction of AIO

yup rad looks fine however i would flip the fans.

Right now you have it set up as a push config.
(fans blow in the direction of the frame... so the side which has the frame is the output on most fans)
Fans are pulling air from inside the case and pushing it out.
I would do it the otherway around.
Fans pull air from the top and pull though the radiator..

So just unscrew the fans.... flip them and call it a day.

Also to answer your other question, i believe you can make the pump run 100% if you pull out the pwm header on your fan pump.
This would cause the pump to run at 100%.
Or you can go into bios and set your fan curve manually under overclocking settings, and do it that way.

As for TIM...
I always use the true tested method of a rice grain in the middle of the cpu.
So about ~ 4mm x 2mm dot oval.

i have no cooling issues . The issue is only that there is no space to install dvd writer as the two wires in which liquid flows are coming from top right to left so there there is no space to install dvd writer

and he's being serious... that is definitely not good as i bet you were thermal throttling.

Go back and do the steps @aigomorla addressed in this thread (specifically beginning with your question in post #9).

I monitor everything with hwinfo and msi aftrrburner and pump is in dc mode always at 2600rpm and all fans are running good and these temperatures are only when stress testing with occt and intel cpu diagnostics but in game they are always below 63

So low 60s when you're actually using the computer (instead of running "power viruses")?

thread is old but i applied thermal paste 3 days ago only and pc idles at 40 and while in games like battleifled multiplayer it is below 70 always . It is just this stress test why it crosses 100 . I applied thermal paste in centre like a little dot round . Should i reinstall?
