how do reinstall my AIO so that i can fit bluray internal writer inside my case.

I applied thermal paste in centre like a little dot round . Should i reinstall?

Your temps outside of running power viruses is the low 60s.

You did buy one of the hottest/demanding CPUs out there (10900k). That CPU uses a lot of power (and releases a lot of heat), especially running demanding synthetic benchmarks.

then i leave it as it is as games are fine which is my main work

I do air cooling myself, but based on all the pictures I've seen from various posters concerning AIO coolers, it appears everything is in order.

ok thanks i guess i will once again give thermal paste a try and use stapula to spread it on whole cpu and then install AIO

This thread is over a month old at this point, and it's safe to say your CPU is running fine.
