CPU Jumper Setting for Athlon XP 2000+

Should an Athlon XP 2000+ have the jumper being set at 133 or 100? also, when my pc starts up, I have to press F1 to tell it that I know I don't have a floppy drive connected. How can I disable this check? thanks!
