Cpu issue/ please help

My issue is the following..

About 2 months ago i was scoring 558 points on the cpu test Using 3dmark 2003

Now I am only scoring 210 with the same setup...

I reformatted thinking it might help, The cpu is running cool at 38 celcius.

my setup is the following:

P4 2.53 (533fsb) @2.94 ghz 1.550 v
Albatron pevpro 845pe
512 mb Kingston Valueram ( I know it sucks)
Radeon 9700 pro @375 core 346 mem
7200 rpm HD

Does anyone know what might be the problem of such a huge loss of performance?

I'm guessing you currently have a ratio in place? If so did that get changed? Timings change?

Seems odd, run Sandra test and compare to others.. Or paste your CPU benchmark numbers..

3dmark isn't ALWAYS right on or consistent.
