cpu HSF on radeon 8500 or GF4 ??

using thermal epoxy, could i attach a 60mmX60mm HSF like this one http://www.vantecusa.com/cck6012.html on a radeon 8500 or GF4 ?? would it fit?? thanks for any help you can provide
