CPU HS and fan for OC

Hi, I'm OC my XP1600+ and I wonder what HS and fan to use, I would like to have the system as quite as possible. Was looking at a Volcano 7+ at Fry's it $35 there. Is that a good HS and fan to go with or what ??? Heard a lot of people talking about Panflow and how great and quite they are but do they cool good enough.

Volcano 7+ can be every quiet...when you set to low speed setting
you can also get an alpha 8045 and pair it up with panaflow...that would be a good combo...
if you want the best...you should get the thermalright slk-800 and pair it up with a vantec stealth...only if money is no object to you

If you decide to go with the Volcano 7+, and you live in the SF Bay Area, they are only ~$26 at Central Computer. Check the website, they have several Bay Area locations. I know because I just picked one up today. It seems pretty quiet on low, though I haven't hooked it up yet.
