i assembled a computer. but when i turned it on and saw the pc health status, its temperature is 50 celsius! and after i restarted i rose up to 60 celsius. is it normal? i used the stock cooling provided by amd, but after i peeled the plastic cover, some of the thermal pad was removed. it was just a very small portion, not even 1/8 of the thermal pad. what should i do? i didn't put some thermal compound. thanks in advance

My thumbnail has removed more of these with practically no effort, and no scratches. You can then wipe, denature and/or lap to your hearts delight.
