CPU Heatsink Fan - Intake or Exhaust?

I'm applying the fan to my XP-90 Heatsink and I just need to know if the fan should be blowing towards the CPU or away. Anybody? Anybody at all? Come on, I want to slap this freaking thing together here.

You should achieve the best results by having the fan blowing air down on the fins.

edit: my fualt after asking someone they say he is right i thought the other way

I haven't come across a heatsink manufacturer that recommends having the fan blowing air away from the CPU. I'd definitely try both ways and see which is best for you though.

Normaly blowing down towards the cpu works best, but occasionly it will work better or the same the other way, so just try both to see whats best.
