Cpu heatsink and fan for Amd X2-3800

Hey what do you all have on your x2? I see the revies but i want to know what one you all on here use. So if its not to much trouble

1) cpu (x2-3800)
2) heatsink and fan (stock)
3) what thermal solution (stock thermanl pad on heatsink)
4) degrees shaved of (unknown)

It may not be an X2, but it's close. Wife has a SI-120 w/ a Sanyo Denki 120x38 (108cfm @ 12V) fan on here Opteron 148.

X2 3800+ with a Tuniq Tower and a 120mm Pannaflo blowing directly at the 120mm Pannaflo exhaust. Artic Silver 5. idles at 30C - 32C right now and never goes above 44C at load.
