I need help with a OC problem. I just got a PowerLeap adapter to fit on my Abit BM-6 board. I put in a 566CII and fired it up everything runs fine. The chip is OEM with cc0 stepping. I tried to set to 100mz and got the message of death. I think if it will run at 66mz it should run at least 100mz. Hell my 300a runs at 124mz@558. Here is the specs.
Abit BM-6 Rev. 1.02
256mg 133mz cas2 Azzo Ram
PowerLeap NEO S-370 Adapter
OEM Cell II 566 FC-PGA
C0 stepping
1.7 v
33c temp

Can anyone help?

Dan, you're not an idiot. What I told you was learned from experience. Don't think I didn't have that same problem once upon a time, myself. 😉
