Just some quick question ...

If my CPU support Graphic card (for exmaple i5 3470K) and I also have GTS450 intalled in PCI-E slot ... both graphic power will be used for gaming?

Asking because right now I have i5 3350p proccessor witch doesn't have graphic chip included, and just wondering if I would have CPU with intergrated GPU, would that help with my graphic in games? More FPS and that?

If you have a video card installed in the PCI-e slot, then your IGP will auto disable I believe. So no, you can't run both at the same time.

Even in situations where you can run them side-by-side, the two don't work together on a single task. So performance will be dictated by the GTS450 alone.
