Im new in this things so mi question is ,, can this play games like gta4 or left4dead2 in good quality ??

What power supply unit do you have?

dont remember really but i think its 500w, what do i have to change to make it better ?

You need to change the video card.
GTX 460/GTX 560/6850/6870/7770 are the midrange cards.

make sure your PSU is decent as well. I had a really crappy one a LONG time ago that was supposedly rated at 500w that would crap out once i did anything strenuous. As long as thats ok, a GPU is definitely needed. Make sure your case is big enough to hold whatever one you decide to buy.
