CPU FSB Plus with KT7-RAID

This seems to be how everyone OC's their FSB with this board. Maybe I'm a complete idiot, but what do the settings 0-28 actually correlate to with the FSB (and PCI/AGP). I basically want to bump my T-Bird 900 up a little (maybe up to a Gig) and that seems to be where people start.
