CPU from HP server on Intel board

I have an Intel S5000XVN with Xeon 5130 CPUs (dual core, 2.0 GHz). I can buy a couple of used Xeon 5160s for a good price (dual core, 3.0 GHz). The problem is that they are non-returnable unless faulty, and they originally came from a HP DL140 G3 server. Does anyone know if the HP CPUs run the standard Intel microcode, and if there are likely to be any problems using them with an Intel board?

Second question. Do the Xeon 51xx CPUs all use the same Intel HSF? The 5160 has a higher TDP (80W vs. 65W).
