I just bought a CPU/Motherboard combo with an AMD Barton 2500+. On the motherboard there is a jumper setting for "CPU frequency." My options are 100, 133, or 166 mhz. What should I choose? Is it up to me? Thanks for the help!

The 2500+ is designed for the 166MHz setting. Post back if you run into any problems, and welcome to the Forums :)

By the way, if you're a first-timer on the AthlonXPs, here is my heatsink-installation guide to help you avoid Trouble :D and if you're a first-timer period, then my photo guide to PC building could be useful too. Good luck :)
