CPU Freq set to 289mhz * 3x HTT = 1154.45 FSB??

Dumb and confused. Help T_T

EDIT: Everest repots the FSB as 867. I've come to the conclusion that AI Booster truly sucks. It looks pretty tho T_T

289 x 4 = 1156.

yea, i realize that. i set the HTT to 2x and it still shows the same thing for the FSB. I think AI Booster is on crack.

We need a lot more information. What cpu are you running? Where are you gettting your readings? What are you trying to do?

Let me take a wild guess...

1154.45 MHz is the speed of your CPU at idle with CnQ enabled. CnQ is dropping your cpu multiplier to 4X when idle. This has nothing to do with the speed of your Hypertransport bus.

and yes, Im trying to OC this baby =) The HTT seems like its stuck on 4x. Tried 260 x 10 and it gave me 1020 FSB. What's another program that can tell you stuff like FSB? I'm reading the FSB off AI Booster (It's an ASUS thing - -v)

EDIT: Unless CnQ somehow reenabled itself, it should be off. I disabled it in the bios. I dunno what else ur supposed to do. I also set the energy saver thing back to home/desktop.

EDIT: Just tried to access CnQ through windows and it says it has to be reenabled in the BIOS so i'm pretty sure the sucker is off~

what is up with ai booster i have a 3700 939 it is saying my fsb is 800 it should be 1000 right? please help

Is that only thing AI-Booster reports wrong? Sometimes mine reports the processor speed 4728MHz. Just ignore the AI-Booster.

The bios says 200mhz mem at 400 and multi at 11 and ht at auto does that equal 1000mhz fsb asus a8n5x corsair xms 3200 3700+ sandy 939 stupid ai booster says 800 mhz suxxxx
