CPU for this PS

Looking to upgrade my HTPC from an 4200 X2 to something a little more snappier..
Just replaced PS with this.

suggestions on what would be a safe CPU overhead wise for the system. Mention that I would be upgrading MB as well.

in the box: 1 250g HD, 1 500g HD, Blu ray rom, 3750 HD vid card.

Bad link.

What motherboard do you use? That's more important than what PSU you have when determining an upgrade.

ok maybe I should be more specific.
I have a htpc and am running an amd 4200 x2, 2 gig ram, vista business, and am getting full cpu usage and pauses running blu ray movies. Additionally I have a 3650HD in the box.

Should my system be able to handle this? I'm running VLC to watch the movies.
