CPU Fan stops spinning while gaming

Hi,

I've recently purchased the following parts:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4430 3GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV
Graphics card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 OC WindForce 2X 2GB DDR5 192-bit HDMI
Power Supply: Sirtec - High Power Element 400W

The processor fan stops spinning after less than 10 minutes while playing games.
The CPU Fan Speed Control in BIOS is set to Normal. If I set it to Full speed the fan doesn't stop anymore. While that works, I do not like it to let the fan spin at full speed all the time.
What could be the cause that the fan stops spinning when CPU Fan Speed Control is set to Normal (the default value)?

What are the settings beside "Normal" and "Full Speed" ? what are your temps?
The other settings are Silent and Manual.

Here's the Real Temp info and a picture with the PC setup in case maybe it wasn't assembled right:

I've ran 3DMark 11 until the CPU fan stopped spinning. After a few seconds I've closed 3DMark and saved the temps info.

I have the gigabyte motherboard in my sig,i found enabling manual fan control and adjusting it properly to be the best idea, the silent mode simply sucks trust me.

With my manual settings,i enable 2.50 pwm for both my cpu and my system fans but my personal recommendation is not dropping this below 2.00 pwm.

Thanks for your help!

It seems that the problem was the fan. I've replaced it with another one and everything works good now using the normal settings for fan speed control.
