CPU-fan / Chassi-fan Software Regulator?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone is using or knows about a software/WinXP
program that can read Cpu-usage or Cpu-temp and then adjust
the fan speed accordingly? My temps are fine but it wouldn't hurt
to get them a bit lower when I'm gaming since then I can't
hear the fans anyway.... (I usually use headphones then)

My Specs:

MB: Asus A8V 939
Cpu: AMD 939 3500+
OS: WinXp Pro Sp2
