Intel names the document containing Errata "Specification Update".

Google is a great start. Here is Intel's latest:

Tried looking for AMD Zen real quick but no luck. You just have to find the right "revision Guide" it looks like.

For AMD the erratas are listed in Revision Guides. Couldn't find any page listing those at one place, but the PDF files for the specific CPU families are easy to find using google.
